As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our workplace, ensuring everything runs smoothly while adding a spark of joy to our daily routines.

From greeting guests with a warm smile to keeping the snack stash full and planning epic team get-togethers, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our office culture. Given the fast-paced nature of our pharmacy, we need someone with solid initiative who can hit the ground running and make things happen. If you love being the go-to person who keeps everything in check and enjoys making a real impact, this role is for you!

What will you be doing?

  • Greet visitors, contractors and deliveries, handle incoming calls, and ensure a welcoming office environment
  • Manage office supplies, snacks, and beverages, ensuring the office is stocked and organised. Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
  • Plan and coordinate team socials, fun office activities, and events to foster a positive work environment
  • Assist with meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and general office admin tasks
  • Ensure the office adheres to health and safety regulations and remains a safe and comfortable working environment
  • Act as the go-to person for office-related queries and support various teams with administrative tasks

Salary

Circa £30,000, depending on experience

Location & Hours

Winnersh Triangle – 5 days a week onsite

Monday – Friday

40 hour working week, flexible on start and finish times
