Job Description

The essential function of the position is to provide complex administrative, program coordinating, and clerical support including scheduling family mediations and e-filing documents. In addition, this position will be responsible for assisting individuals at the front counter and answering the main phone line. This position works independently, reporting major activities to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Director.

Education and Training Guidelines

Education – Bachelor’s degree. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.

Experience – Three years of work experience in business administration, office skills, or related field. Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis.

Certification and Special Requirements –Valid Florida State Driver’s License required.
