HR Business Partner, AVP
The AVP, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as the Business Unit CHRO for apree health, partnering directly with the CEO and the senior leadership team. This role will act as a strategic business partner and consultant to leadership and employees, aligning people initiatives with business objectives. This role will support the apree business by leveraging resources in areas such as culture, talent management, HR strategy, talent acquisition, change management, performance management, organizational development, and compensation.
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Lead with influence as a strategic thought partner, driving strategies and solutions that accelerate business outcomes.
- Serve as a strategic business partner and key member of the senior leadership team.
- Provide data-driven insights to solve problems and drive business outcomes.
- Oversee and prioritize HR solutions, including people strategy, culture and belonging, organizational efficiency, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Partner with the HR leadership team on planning and delivering HR solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives on people and organizational issues.
- Talent Strategy and Development:
- Translate business strategy into talent strategy, developing the plan to see strategy through implementation
- Define talent strategy and lead strategic workforce planning, including succession planning with actionable development plans to close gaps.
- Develop recruiting/retention strategies and assess talent and market trends to mitigate risks.
- Refine organizational structures, lead org development initiatives and deploy change management strategies to maintain culture and employee engagement.
- HR Solutions and Collaboration:
- Partner with HR Process Centers to drive prioritization of initiatives and ensure successful outcomes of programs tailored to the business needs.
- Provide executive coaching and advice on leadership, teamwork, org design, and strategy.
- Lead and participate in enterprise-wide HR projects, collaborating with peers to create systemic solutions.
- Measure the effectiveness of HR strategy and programs to ensure business effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP role.
- Experience in the healthcare and or health technology industry is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong activator, acting as a change agent for the organization
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
Compensation: $174K – $262K & bonus eligible
