Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible to handle full spectrum of HR matters;
  • Responsible to plan, implement and coordinate with Front End in the design and implementation of change HR system, recruitment, performance appraisal and training & development;
  • Responsible for the recruitment process by advertising, monitoring, searching, selecting and arranging interview with the potential candidates;
  • Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, memo for any announcement from Management and other HR related letters.
  • Responsible to monitoring, preparing and checking all the monthly payroll reporting and prepare the yearly payroll reporting and staffs EA on time;
  • Responsible for staff monthly payroll and all the statutory process, arrange payment submission on time for all the monthly PCB, Socso & EPF;
  • Responsible to monitor staff attendance such as working punctuality, leave taken by recording in the system as an evidence and supporting for the year end appraisal purpose;
  • Responsible to check and control staffâs claims and make sure all bills are fulfill company policy allowable to claim before submit to Managing Director for approval;
  • Responsible to handle staffs issue either by counseling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with Labor Law and monitor staff compensation & benefits;
  • Responsible to update all staffâs information once a year and update in to the payroll system.
  • To perform all HR related ad-hoc duties from time to time or as per assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Good in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.
