Nutrition Care Coordinator **REMOTE**

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Monitor enteral nutrition patients and manage supply inventory through assessments and delivery processing
• Maintain current enteral orders, track expiration dates, and generate order renewals
• Provide patients with formulary supplies and promote formulary conversions as needed
• Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate pump troubleshooting and swaps
• Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to manage inventory needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in enteral nutrition and coordinating product deliveries
• Familiarity with medical records and reimbursement processes
• Strong customer service skills and experience organizing information
