About The Role

Hi, I’m Ridwan, Co-founder & COO at Pluto. We’re looking for a Creative Lead to own and elevate our brand’s visual storytelling, ensuring that our design, campaigns, and digital presence align with Pluto’s aesthetics and growth ambitions.

As the Creative Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Pluto is perceived across social media, marketing campaigns, website design, and video storytelling. Your work will blend design, narrative, and digital experiences to make Pluto stand out as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Brand Design: Create compelling visuals for social media that align with Pluto’s brand and aesthetics.
• Creative Ad Campaigns: Develop ultra-creative ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Web Design & Development: Design and optimize Pluto’s website experience, ensuring a seamless brand identity.
• Narrative & Storytelling: Craft engaging decks, presentations, and visual narratives that communicate Pluto’s vision effectively.
• Video Editing & Motion Design: Produce and edit videos for marketing, social media, and product storytelling.

Requirements

• Expertise in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Experience in art direction, brand design, and creating cohesive visual identities
• Strong storytelling and positioning skills to craft compelling brand narratives
• Web design skills to build and refine new websites that enhance user experience
• (Optional but preferred) Webflow experience for no-code website development
