Job Description
This will be a full-time, 12 week, internship during the summer of 2025. This is a hybrid position located in Denver, Colorado and requires 3 days in-office per week. Required in-office hybrid days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Support Event Planning: Assist in the coordination and execution of large and small-scale client-facing events, ensuring all logistical aspects run smoothly.
- Lead Capture Management: Develop and implement a streamlined process for capturing leads during events, ensuring accurate data collection and follow-up.
- Lifecycle Communications: Help create and maintain communications strategies for engaging attendees before, during, and after events to enhance participant experience and drive future attendance.

What we are looking for:
- Juniors working towards a bachelor’s degree with a focus in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management or related field
- Proven ability to think creatively and implement ideas from start to finish
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Hunger to learn and collaborate with your teammates
- The ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions for event challenges.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of event planning and execution are meticulously handled.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications effectively.

- The hourly compensation for this role is: $20.38 per hour worked. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market.
