Your Role:

As a Bookkeeper, You Will

• Process supplier bills using Dext and Ezzybills software, ensuring accurate coding of suppliers, invoice dates, due dates, account codes, and GST.
• Reconcile supplier bills with statements monthly, identifying and correcting any data entry errors or missing bills/credit notes.
• Enter customer sales into Xero from various point-of-sale software reports or client reports.
• Process Australian payroll, including entering employee timesheets and setting up new employees in the payroll system.
• Reconcile bank account transactions and general ledger accounts.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 2-3 years of experience using Xero in an Australian bookkeeping environment.
• Strong understanding of Australian business bookkeeping, including GST and payroll processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

• Prior experience handling Australian bookkeeping is essential.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• High level of accuracy and consistency in financial data entry and reconciliation.
