Primary Responsibilities
- Provide services as described in the Life Skills Coach job description.
- Provide support to the branch Program Manager
- Provide training to current and new Life Skills Coaches.
- Provides coverage support for optimum billing for the assigned branch.
- Provides support for client home visit(s)/check(s) and client inquires.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent may be substituted with work experience.
Experience: Case Management experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of Case Manager, Life Skills Coach, or similar experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with those with Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities.
Knowledge/Skills: Driven, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient writing/grammar skills, and basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Windows operating systems.
