What You’ll Do
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business goals into intuitive, user-centric designs.
- Design: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to communicate your vision effectively.
- Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on real-world feedback.
- Iterate: Constantly improve designs through feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
- Define: Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
- Innovate: Stay updated on UX/UI trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
- Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and design systems.
- User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems and simplify them into intuitive, elegant solutions.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) or experience working with travel or event technology platforms.
