We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our Europe Projects team. The scope of this role includes managing projects across Europe, ensuring seamless execution in line with regional regulations, industry standards, and client expectations. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, managing contracts, risks, operations, and stakeholder coordination from initiation to completion. You will work independently and collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution on time and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage project execution from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
• Develop and oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Analyze and manage contracts, identifying risks, scope changes, and negotiation opportunities.
• Lead project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring projects stay within budget and cost efficiencies are maximized.
• Ensure SHE-Q compliance, driving safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving issues that may impact project delivery.
• Report on project progress and key developments to senior management and clients.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, operational, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in project management within an industrial or technical environment.
• We’re looking for someone who’s excited about the opportunity to travel across Europe and is flexible to adapt to varying business needs.
• Strong contract management and risk assessment
• Proven experience in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and client relationships.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
