As HR Generalist each day, you’ll be…
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile, update & maintain employee data records (hard and soft copies) into HR filling systems
- Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing & analyzing data
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist to source candidates and update candidates database
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
- Provide & support performance management and improvement tracking systems
- Administer programs, procedures, and guidelines & assist in helping workforce alignment with the strategic goals of the company and organization standards
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives & systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in Human Resources Generalist or relevant HR position
- Has MS Office literacy in particular
- Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skill
- Strong communications skill
