B2B Sales Executive (Hybrid, Kenya-Based)

Job Description

We are a Data company on a mission to open up endless opportunities for people and businesses while enabling trust. We are seeking a B2B Sales Professional to oversee customer relationships in designated regions/portfolios and scale our sales operations to grow revenue.

The goal is to grow and maximise sales performance for our software. If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong sales track record, we would like to meet you.

Compensation (annual): 1.5 Million KES – 2.4 Million KES

What Is Expected

  • Drive sales performance through the implementation of sales and business initiatives, and achieve targets. Lead Business Sales Expansion to multiple countries
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key and potential clients, interact with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
  • Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in different regions.
  • Provide the Company with business/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company’s performance
  • Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, and compiling relevant reports for management use.
  • Stay abreast of industry compliance requirements and update all internal policies, processes, and procedures accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in SAAS.
  • Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions or subscription-based products is a plus.
  • Experience in entrepreneurial environments and the flexibility to work in both highly structured corporate settings and less structured start?up environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Consistent track record for achieving set target metrics with a proven ability to drive the sales processes from PLAN to CLOSE.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Strong innovative, creative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
