CONTEXT & MISSION:
We are looking for a Creative Campaign & Digital Designer to join our L’Occitane en Provence Creative Communications Team. The role is based in our Headquarters in Plan-Les-Ouates (near Geneva) and reports directly to the Head of Brand Creative Communications.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting ADs Team with the development of a campaign (monitoring pre-production, production, post-production);
- Layout and production of graphic assets;
- Responsible for graphic and social media consistency across projects;
- Carry out small motion design / animation projects;
- Contact with markets: developing relationships and understanding/concretising requests.
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- Graduated from an Art/Creative school;
- +3 years relevant experience in Graphic Design and Digital ideally in the luxury goods and/or beauty industry (preferably an in-house experience);
- High sense of aesthetics and great knowledge of the luxury culture;
- Strong expertise in digital (social media activation), photography and video;
- Strong knowledge on Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Adobe Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar a must;
- Experience in MidJourney or similar ideally a strong plus;
- Experience on Adobe After Effects a plus;
- Fluent in English; French conversational a big plus;
- Great communication and presentations skills (excellent ppt skills), both verbal and written;
- Able to manage workflow, strong organizational and time management skills, strong attention to details;
- Curious, innovative mindset and strong team player;
- Appetite for change and challenges and at ease in an international fast-paced environment.
