About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Project Manager to join our Digital Operations team at IPSY. In this role, you will oversee the Commerce workflow process, manage the image and copy pipeline, and develop or refine processes as we introduce new tools and site enhancements. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in executing high-impact commerce event site launches. Your contributions will be essential in delivering a seamless, world-class shopping experience for our members.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Operations and can be fully remote.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee and coordinate with three data coordinators to ensure the Product Detail Page (PDP) QA process is completed on schedule before new campaigns and SKUs go live.
- Evaluate and enhance the current PDP QA workflow by leveraging automation opportunities in collaboration with our third-party AI provider, Pinkfish.
- Establish a new site preview data validation process with the launch of new commerce experience in Q2 2025.
- Maintain and oversee the Event Launch tracker, facilitating weekly check-ins to ensure all internal teams and stakeholders meet their deliverable timelines. Proactively identify and communicate roadblocks that may impact launch schedules.
- Oversee the set up and execution of monthly event activations on site that occur on the 1st of each month. (May include weekend coverage)
- Work closely with Brand teams to ensure that images and copy are provided at the time of PO placement, meeting all commerce assortment requirements before finalization. Manage editorial asset handoff to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor incoming commerce-related Jira tickets, ensuring all requests are executed by the designated coordinator within 24 hours.
- Regularly review coordinator workloads, balancing tasks efficiently and planning ahead for upcoming deadlines.
- Partner with Merchandising and Product teams to support new site enhancements, ensuring all Digital Operations deliverables are completed.
What We Are Looking For:
- BS/BA degree.
- Minimum 2-4 years of project management and/ or QA experience required, preferably in a fast growing company.
- Must be highly efficient in G suite and Microsoft Excel (vLookUp, tables, etc)
- Have experience with JIRA, Asana or other project management tools.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
- You are highly motivated and able to work well independently and in a diverse team.
Bonus if You Have:
- Previous ecommerce experience. Prior experience in a beauty company is a plus.

CCPA Notice
Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. IPSY offers a bonus, equity grants, and competitive benefits. Final compensation is determined by experience and skills.
Salary Range:: $70,000 USD – $95,000 USD
