Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been allocated
- Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
- To ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adhered
- To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, Weekly & Monthly basis, etc. desired candidate profile
- Management of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.
- Audit, review & document collections policies, strategies & practices
- Designing calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.
Candidate Profile Required :-
- 4-6 Years of experience in Secured Loans.
- Should be efficient in Team Management
- Candidates with Secured Loans experience will be preferred
- Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs is preferred
