Your New Role…
CNN is seeking a producer who embraces work at the nerve center of the Washington newsroom. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces the challenge of multi-tasking in a fast-paced news environment. You will use your skills as a producer to help coordinate and manage the flow of reporting and visuals from the field and the bureau, supporting our newsgathering efforts.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Coordinate feeds and live shots for bureau ensuring all participants are informed and in agreement about presentation and logistics
- Work with satellites and feeds to ensure elements are routed and recorded
- Communicate with programs and desks regarding incoming events and feeds of interest
- Coordinate pool coverage and dissemination as needed for pool requirements
- Ability to work with urgency, communicate editorial quickly, clearly, and effectively, and willing and able to pivot quickly to changing priorities in a high-demand environment
Qualifications & Experience…
- 3-5 years of progressively complex related experience.
- Strong editorial acumen

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $64,400.00 – $119,600.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
