HR Generalist – Egypt


Role Overvie

wThe HR Generalist is responsible for providing human resources support to Energizer’s Egypt operations. This includes acting as the Human Resources Business Partner to functional groups in this market, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT

.This position primarily interfaces with director-level and below colleagues regarding employee relations, salary administration, performance management, organizational effectiveness, recruitment, compensation, and talent management

.The incumbent will support the Manager, HR Egypt and have a dotted line to the Director of Human Resources, Developing Markets (based in Florida, USA) to communicate, deliver, and influence HR strategies and initiatives

Responsibiliti

  • esSupport the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to develop structure, processes, systems, solutions, and metrics to help Egypt teams achieve business target
  • s.Work closely with line management to plan for and meet business goals, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational need
  • s.Partner with the business and HR team on recruitment, people development, and retention, ensuring the right people are in the right role
  • s.Lead or participate in talent reviews, succession planning, calibration reviews, and performance management where appropriat
  • e.Promote Energizer’s values, culture, and competency model while supporting the annual performance management process and educating colleagues on career development tool
  • s.Act as a change agent and consultant, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, values, culture, strategy, and initiative
  • s.Provide coaching and advice to people managers on employee-related issue
  • s.Manage local employee relations issues, partnering with Legal as neede
  • d.Drive awareness and adherence to Energizer’s compensation and rewards principles among people leader
  • s.Ensure legal compliance by understanding and following Egypt’s labor laws while monitoring necessary data and processe
  • s.Promote the HR Operating Model, including manager and colleague self-service (SNOW
  • ).Guide people managers on the effective use of HR tools, policies, and processe
  • s.Execute organizational effectiveness initiatives, such as organizational design principles and continuous improvement activitie
  • s.Enhance the credibility of the HR function by collaborating with HR team members and sharing best practice
  • s.Provide location-specific insights to help the Center of Excellence team at Headquarters (St. Louis, MO, USA) align overall strategies with Egypt-specific requirement
