  • Event Planning & Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
  • Develop event timelines, schedules, and checklists for smooth execution.
  • Logistics & Operations Management
  • Manage event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Oversee venue arrangements, equipment, and material sourcing.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for seamless operations.
  • On-Site Event Management
  • Supervise event staff, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear.
  • Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and sponsors.
  • Collect feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events.
  • Budgeting & Reporting
  • Assist in budget planning and cost management for events.
  • Track expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Prepare post-event reports, including insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must have own transportation & able to travel within Klang Valley.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field or in Event Management will be an advantage.
  • 1-2 years experiences in F&B industry. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Required Skill(s): Event Planning, Event Management, Event Operation, Part Timer/Manpower sourcing, Creative Problem Solver
  • 6 working days (might off on weekday)
