The Role

As a Digital Project Manager at Brightscout, your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of various digital projects. These could range from full rebrands and site launches to app design and marketing campaigns. We seek a tech-savvy professional who understands the intersection of technology and branding in achieving business goals. Your methodical approach, excellent time management skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensuring smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse digital projects (rebrands, sites, apps, campaigns) from start to finish.
• Define project scope, budgets, and goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, proactively identifying and resolving risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement projects.
• Communicate effectively, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, seeking process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in branding/development agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum a plus).
• Proficiency with project management software (Notion, Jira, Asana, Toggl, Slack).
• Strong technical and creative background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Collaborative and empathetic approach.
