The Graphic Designer must be fashion-forward, trend-inspired, and artistic. In addition, they must be able to develop fresh concepts quickly and accurately while taking on personal responsibility for the professional execution of projects. If you are passionate about design and love all things fashion, this is a perfect position for you! This position reports to our Asst. Art Director of Design and is a member of the Lulus Creative Team.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to create all in-house design and marketing materials
- Design and execute compelling designs for the Lulus app, promotional emails, sale campaigns, paid social ads, and landing pages from creative briefs and campaign-style guides
- Develop fresh concepts and designs for sale campaigns
- Create on-brand and engaging social media assets and ads across Lulus’ social platforms through motion graphics and with best practices in mind
- Develop an astute understanding and recognition of Lulus design aesthetic, and use this understanding to execute concepts into unique, clean, and on-brand designs
- Prepare files from design drafts to final; including but not limited to some color correcting, retouching, resizing, reformatting, etc.
- Maintain image file libraries
- Assist the Assistant Art Director and Graphic Designer with projects as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- Minimum 2-3+ years of in-house graphic design experience
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Astute attention to detail with strong layout and typography skills
- Ability to take design instructions as well as criticism
- Strong creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance and prioritize workload while staying organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Maintains open, positive, and professional communication with team members and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have – Bonus Points!
- Working experience with HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects
