What are we looking for?
We are looking for a backend developer who is passionate about product development and is open to working with different tech stacks. As a backend developer, you will largely be responsible for helping us design and develop innovative products.
What will you be doing?
- Designing, implementation, and delivery of the products and their features
- Writing and documenting easy-to-consume Rest APIs
- Designing programming patterns, by writing clean, concise & reusable code
- Writing modular codes that are configurable, extensible, and testable
- Debugging and resolving any technical issues
- Participating in code reviews, contributing to a testing and automation culture, and supporting our quality practices
- Taking complete ownership of the products and features
Requirements
What will you need to succeed at Quicko?
- Prior experience and understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, Angular.js, etc.
- Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- A good understanding of REST APIs and working knowledge of HTTP(S)
- Ability to understand and use the right data structures and algorithms
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS
- Ability to collaboratively with cross-functional teams
