How will you make an impact?

  • Security Management: Develops and implements security policies, risk management strategies, and incident response plans. Conducts audits, vulnerability analyses, and investigations.
  • Personnel & Asset Protection: Protects personnel (including executive protection), assets, and resources through security measures and training. Manages valuables transportation.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensures compliance with local regulations and best practices in physical security.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Manages relationships with external security service providers.
  • Project Security: Oversees security aspects of new boutique construction/renovations and events.
  • Team & Budget Management: Leads a security team, manages budgets (security, health & safety, facilities).
  • Continuous Improvement: Seeks efficiency improvements and works on integration projects.
  • Ad interim HSE: Regulatory compliance, risk management, training & awareness, stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ad interim Facilities: Building operations & maintenance, project management, contract & administrative support, environmental initiatives, digital workplace support.

How will you experience success with us? You will:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering) is preferred.
  • Extensive and solid previous experience in security in multinational organizations.
  • Solid knowledge of standards, processes, and compliance in physical security, including excellent knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Excellent in project management, with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, to coordinate multiple stakeholders, suppliers, direct reports, in order to achieve key objectives, respecting constraints given by timeframe, compliance requirements and budget.
  • Leadership skills, strategic thinking, effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Skills in managing external operations and budgets.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing security training programmes.
  • Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment, keeping excellent professional relations with colleagues in other Richemont countries, respecting EU processes and promoting high standards.
  • Knowledge around facilities management and health & safety is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
