We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to reach out to potential clients, establish relationships, and schedule appointments. You will conduct outbound calls and follow-up efforts to connect with decision-makers, with a strong focus on generating interest and converting leads into appointments. Strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to decision-makers and key contacts. Introduce the client services.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on a set of predetermined criteria to ensure they are sales-ready, meeting the necessary qualifications for further engagement by the sales team. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Ensure clear communication of appointment details, including time, date, and format (phone call, Zoom, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, lead status, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system (CRM proficiency required). Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, confirm appointments, and ensure leads remain engaged in the pipeline.
  • Provide feedback to management on lead quality, challenges, and successes to help optimize processes, improve lead generation strategies, and increase overall productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience inlead generation and appointment setting.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • With understanding and experience with CRM systems(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence throughout the lead qualification process.
