Role And Background

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in financial analysis, reporting, and operational finance within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial data using Excel.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation for financial reports.
• Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables to organize and analyze datasets.
• Support in the analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data and insights.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Finance or Accounting (e.g., BCom)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
• Internship or relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Zoho or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
