Appointment Setter (US Workforce Solutions, WFH)

Salary: P40,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 3-5 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of scheduling at least 20 appointments per month.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure

What will you do?

• Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments.
• Qualify leads and ensure they meet the company’s criteria before booking appointments.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate appointment and client details.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to confirm appointments and reschedule if necessary.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets.
