Patient Experience Specialist Position Summary
The Patient Experience Specialist is responsible for using performance improvement methods to ensure TidalHealth Medical Partners complies with established regulatory requirements. The Patient Experience Specialist conducts research for the development, collection, and analysis of all patient relations data for identifying trends and determining significant patient relations issues. They develop and manage patient feedback programs by conducting surveys/questionnaires on patient-relations activities. This role involves interacting with patients, families, and staff to ensure patient satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive environment that supports quality care delivery.
Patient Experience Specialist Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, management, organizational development, education, communication, human resources, social work, or related field required.
- Previous experience in patient advocacy or customer satisfaction position preferred.

- Salaried employee
- Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday
Patient Experience Specialist Benefits
- At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range: $28.26 – $43.81 Commensurate with experience
