We’re looking for a motivated Director of Digital Marketing professional to help drive demand generation, streamline our systems, optimize our campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

Do:

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive customer awareness, engagement and business growth.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure demand generation efforts are aligned with business goals and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar to prioritize and manage initiatives effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of marketing operations systems to streamline workflows and automate processes.
  • Continuously assess and refine platforms like CRM, email marketing, and analytics tools to ensure seamless integration and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  • Align marketing operations processes with business needs to drive efficient and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email, to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Regularly review and update digital content to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to assess campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Provide leadership with regular reports on KPIs, including insights and strategy adjustments.
  • Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to align efforts and create cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate on integrating marketing systems to provide unified performance insights across departments.

  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role, with a focus on systems optimization and KPI-driven performance.
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing operations systems, and driving KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and experience with analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Proficiency with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications within a range of $105 K – $131 K.
