Dynamik Design is seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Architect to join our innovative and dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior architects and design professionals on a variety of exciting projects, ranging from residential buildings to commercial spaces. You will have the opportunity to contribute to all phases of architectural design, including conceptualization, design development, technical documentation, and project management. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that design intent is realized throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and presentations under the guidance of senior architects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documents using CAD and other design software.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information for design development.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and functionality throughout the project phases.
- Assist in the preparation of project specifications and budgets for various architectural projects.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- Research materials, systems, and technologies to support the design process and contribute to innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and resourceful.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced architectural environment.
