We are seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive the marketing and advertising initiatives across the Midwest region. This position requires a highly analytical, strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing local marketing plans, generating highly qualified leads, and contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this position will play a pivotal role in collaborating with regional and general managers, advertising agency partners and internal Clarion and LightBay partners to ensure the success of integrated marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point person for the Central region, working with regional and general managers, Clarion, and our agency partners to develop and execute marketing initiatives at the branch and region level.
- Work with Agency partners and other resources, as applicable, to deliver a pipeline of highly qualified leads for each service line that delivers budgeted revenue and profitability by month, quarter and on an annual basis.
- Continually analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing tactics, making strategic recommendations to Branch, Regional and Clarion leadership regarding opportunities to drive incremental, profitable revenue.
- Complete essential business-tracking requirements by maintaining marketing data through CRM and database. Manage and campaign results reporting findings to senior leadership and field leaders.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns and adjust tactics based on performance metrics on an ongoing and frequent basis.
- Serve as the conduit between Clarion, field leadership and our agency partners to develop and execute local grassroots marketing plans to increase market penetration, generate leads, and raise brand awareness.
- Coordinate the direction and deliverables of multiple external vendors and internal departments including agency partners, marketing functions, technology, accounting, etc.
- Serve as the point person for Marketing on branch acquisition and integration.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven 5+ years experience hands-on management of cross-channel marketing and advertising campaigns with experience in lead generation businesses.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-performing marketing strategies, with a strong track record of achieving lead generation and revenue targets.
- Experienced with email and SMS marketing, including automated campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Humble, yet comfortable with putting forth informed opinions and recommendations and respectfully challenging the status quo in the quest for continuous improvement and delivering great results.
- Experience with Paid Advertising (Google Ads, LSAs and Meta) strongly preferred.
- Experience with Service Titan or CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce strongly preferred.
- SEO/Website experience a plus.
- Experience in the Home Services industry a plus.
