Lead Community Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Community Team Lead to join our team — not only to maintain existing processes but also to drive the growth of our community and strengthen the team.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high-quality communication between the community team and players
- Creating and coordinating engaging content, including announcements, events, newsletters, and educational materials
- Evaluating the effectiveness of various player engagement formats
- Managing the community team and conducting regular performance reviews
- Driving community growth by identifying and implementing new opportunities
- Maintaining and improving community management guidelines
- Managing crisis situations within the team and player community
- Preparing reports on player feedback and team performance
- Collaborating closely with support, QA, the art team, and game designers
- Monitoring industry trends and implementing best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management within the gaming industry
- 1+ year of experience leading a team
- English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level
- Ability to make well-reasoned decisions under pressure
- A passionate gamer with deep industry knowledge and active engagement in gaming communities.
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and experience by completing a test assignment.
