Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help us drive our projects to success. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our projects, working with our clients to identify their requirements and needs, and translating these into actionable plans and tasks. You will be responsible for documenting business requirements, creating artefacts like functional design docs and workflow diagrams, and ensuring that all documentation meets our high standards before release. If you are an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs, and translate these into actionable plans and tasks
  • Document business requirements and create artefacts like functional design docs and workflow diagrams
  • Ensure that all documentation meets our high standards for quality and accuracy before release
  • Collaborate with UX experts, developers, and QAs to ensure that requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring that tasks are aligned with business objectives and client needs
  • Elaborate and refine customer requirements to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and actionable
  • Manage client expectations and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and solve complex problems, using analytical skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, management, and documentation
  • Proficiency in Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria and Document Analysis
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience working in Agile teams as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage client expectations effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Mastery of English (B2+ level) for clear and effective communication with team and clients
