Job Description
- You will serve as a Data Analyst, Force Data Office/ Emerging Tech (N01D) with a focus on Integrated Primary Prevention Navy Reserve Force, Norfolk, VA.
- You will utilize data tools to gather and analyze data, supporting mission capability assessments and future planning.
- You will develop statistical computations and models for data analysis, staying up to date on emerging analytical techniques and incorporating innovative data science practices.
- You will design and manage databases, interpret data, and prepare technical reports.
- You will conduct complex data analytics, including predictive modeling to identify trends and forecast outcomes.
- You will provide technical guidance to direct the efforts of personnel who assist in data collection and analysis.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing data solutions, including developing statistical computations and models for data analysis.
- Experience using data tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, Python, R, and/or database platforms) to gather, analyze, and present data to support mission capability assessments.
- Experience designing and managing databases, interpreting data, and preparing technical reports.
- Experience conducting complex data analytics, including predictive modeling to identify trends and forecast outcomes.
- Experience leveraging data to provide policy and program evaluation for improving the effectiveness and efficiency programs focused on risk and protective factors impacting harmful behaviors and to recommend policy, program and process improvements related to outcomes.
