What You’ll Be Doing:

? Operations & Workflow Management

• Ensure all ALAsfoor Media policies and systems are followed by the team.

• Delegate tasks effectively to keep workflow smooth and efficient.

• Manage and schedule bookings to optimize studio operations.

• Prepare daily reports for the board to track progress and key updates.

• Prioritize tasks and follow a structured workflow – no randomness here!

? Team & Client Relations

• Create a positive and professional experience for clients at all times.

• Meet with the team and clients to align goals and expectations.

• Address team needs and ensure the studio runs efficiently.

• Maintain a positive atmosphere – keeping that smile on at all times! ?

? Strategy & Growth

• Develop successful marketing plans and strategic growth initiatives.

• Solve problems proactively to keep things running smoothly.

• Enhance overall profitability by making smart business decisions.

• Make important decisions with confidence and clarity.

? Adaptability & Hands-on Work

• Thrive under high-pressure situations while staying in control.

• Work both in-office and on-location as needed.

? Bonus Points if You Have a Background in Photography or Media Production!

What We Offer:

? Total Salary Package: Starting from 5,000 -7,000SAR (with potential increases based on performance and company revenue).

• Basic Salary: 4,000-5,000 SAR

• Housing Allowance: 500-1,000 SAR

• Transportation Allowance: 500-1,000 SAR

• Performance-based incentives linked to company revenue.

? Required: Bachelor’s Degree
