Area(s) of responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with a focus on IT projects and solutions.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles, with experience in areas such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator) preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
