The Supply Chain Analyst uses data and analytical skills to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s supply chain. They are essential for identifying areas for improvement, optimizing processes, and reducing costs. Key focus areas include order management and stock control.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Issue daily / weekly / monthly reports on a timely basis – Stocking opportunities and stocking efficiencies, etc.
- Maintain the Order Rendition / Arrival Dashboard in cooperation with GBS. Ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Managing all aspects of the order bank – Inventory management
- Full responsibility for monthly order cancellations
- Liaise with source plants to ensure order fulfilment to requirements.
- Stock Ageing management.
- Managing OTD logistics (from source plants to Dealer delivery) in conjunction with MP&L and logistics providers.
- Production / Shipping / Arrival / Stock Management
PERFORMANCE MEASURES/ SUCCESS CRITERIA
- Company stock levels within budgeted parameters
- Company stock ageing within budgeted parameters
- Order accuracy (correct entity setup etc.)
- Order bank alignment with allocations.
- Dealer allocation aligned with historical sales rates = minimizing Company inventory
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS And ABILITIES (KSA)
- Passion for numbers, analysis, statistic, and creative ways to turn data into information.
- Accuracy is everything – no room for error.
- Deadline driven.
- Advanced Excel user – ideally proficient with macros and VBA
- Proficiency in database tools such as Alteryx and ClickView is a distinct advantage.
- Understanding of Ford sales systems such as VISTA and SEER is an advantage
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Understanding of the automotive field operations environment
- Ability to comfortably and credibly present to groups of people
- Strong writing skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach
- Ability to work cross functionally with internal partners in various Departments.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
- 3 Year Diploma / bachelor’s degree in commerce or Logistics, supply chain or equivalent
- Formal MS Excel software training is an advantage.
- 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience
- Automotive and Dealership experience is desired but not essential
