We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and the Executive Assistant (EA) in administrative and event planning tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior executive in a dynamic IT environment, ensuring smooth operations and effective event coordination.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an assistant role.
- Experience in organizing events remotely.
- Experience in planning and managing business trips.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with executives and team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of following tasks through to completion.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word at the intermediate level.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and personable approach.
- Prior experience in executive support, event planning, or administration is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing offsite meetings and events, including venue research, dinner arrangements, and itinerary planning.
- Manage travel bookings for the CPTO, including flights and hotel accommodations.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, ensuring room availability and attendee follow-ups.
- Support the EA with day-to-day administrative tasks to help streamline workload.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring projects and requests are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of organization and task execution.
