YOUR ROLE
The Group Learning Director is responsible for defining and harmonizing the group’s learning offer, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and fostering innovation in learning methodologies. By managing the Learning deployment, Learner’s experience, and digital tools, the role ensures the seamless alignment and quality of learning initiatives across all divisions. The Director collaborates closely with divisional academies and organization HR directors to create impactful learning experiences that support the organization’s talent development objectives
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
1. Learning offer steering & Alignment:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning offer that aligns with the group’s overall talent management objectives.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of learning offers across all divisions.
- Collaborate with divisional academies and DRHs to establish shared learning objectives and standards.
2. Budget Management :
- Define and manage the group’s overall learning budget.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize learning impact across the organization.
- Monitor and report on learning investment and return on learning (ROL) metrics.
3. Learning deployment, Learner experience :
- Lead the design and implementation of common pedagogical approaches for learning programs.
- Develop frameworks for effective learning communication strategies across divisions to ensure efficiency and seamless learning experience
- Ensure that learning methodologies are innovative, engaging, and aligned with business
4. Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Act as a strategic partner to DRHs and divisional academies, providing guidance and support on learning matters.
- Foster cross-divisional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Organize regular forums to align divisional learning initiatives with group strategy.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
- Analyze learning outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Provide regular updates to the Group Talent Manager on key achievements and areas for improvement.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a complex, multi-divisional organization.
- Proven track record in strategic learning design, budget management, and digital learning tool implementation.
