Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all vehicles, including availability, repairs, and replacements.
- Vehicle Allocation: Assign and track vehicles for deliveries based on operational needs.
- Maintenance Repairs: Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections to ensure fleet efficiency.
- Compliance Documentation: Ensure all fleet-related documents (registration, insurance, permits) are up to date.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, garages, and leasing companies for vehicle procurement and maintenance.
- Reporting Optimization: Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational efficiency, suggesting improvements.
- Issue Resolution: Address any fleet-related concerns or breakdowns promptly.
Requirements
? Experience: 1-3 years in fleet or inventory management in the UAE.
