About The Job
Within the HR department of the EMEA division at Louis Vuitton, this newly created role will be pivotal in shaping and executing our Talent Acquisition strategy across EMEA.
The Director will be responsible for operational recruitments for certain level of functions within the organization, driving and monitoring the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, fostering strong business relationships and implementing tools and processes for proactive recruitment approach.
Reporting to the SVP HR of the Zone, she/he will have a direct contact with the senior business leaders of the Zone.
She/ He will partner closely with the Talent Development Director EMEA to leverage our Talents strategy and hire the best profiles for our Zone.
Job responsibilities
- Handling certain recruitments (direct recruitments and/or in partnership with executive search firms)
- Establishing talent pools for critical functions within the organization
- Ensuring excellence in the candidate experience
- Guaranteeing the accuracy of the KPIs for the Zone
- Animating the EMEA Talent Acquisition community by ensuring the follow up of ongoing initiatives and projects within the region
- Ensuring the successful deployment of training programs with the EMEA Talent Acquisition community
- Representing the primary point of contact for hiring managers to understand their expectations and respond effectively
- Integrating a “skills-based” culture within our recruitment processus
- Implementing and following up of programs and initiatives sponsored by the Maison and the Group regarding Talent Acquisition
Profile
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the market
- Attention to data and key performance indicators
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High standards for process adherence and follow through
- Ideally, experience within the geographical area of Europe
- Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
