About The Role
The Customer Success Manager drives customer adoption and retention through interactive customer engagements. Responsibilities and duties include:
Serve as an Apptega product expert who thoroughly understand the Cybersecurity space and translate his product knowledge into strategic business recommendations;
Ensure customers are up and running on Apptega within 30 days of their kick-off;
Meet with customers on an ongoing quarterly basis to drive adoption and ensure they are recognizing the business value they signed up with Apptega to achieve;
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key customer stakeholders;
Proactively manage the customer renewal beginning 120 days out from their renewal date;
Uncover additional use cases that will translate into upsell opportunities through strategic conversations with customers;
Drive completion of G2 Crowd Reviews, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, and identify customers who will participate in case studies;
Monitor customer usage of the Apptega platform and uncover training opportunities or other use cases to drive adoption;
Work closely with Apptega support team to resolve technical issues and product enhancement requests for assigned accounts
Seek product feedback from customers and work closely with the Product Team to incorporate that feedback into roadmap and strategy.
May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.
20% domestic travel required.
Manage a book of business of up to, but not limited to, 60 Commercial accounts (<20K ARR [Annual Recurring Revenue]);
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer or Information Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or closely related field.
- 4 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry in offered or similar position working with a SaaS GRC or compliance related product. Stated experience must include experience with software configuration, product management, demonstration, technical account management, and customer renewal management.
