- Employment: Full Time Shifts (8 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customers’ needs through e-mails and inbound calls
- Book tickets
- Perform booking changes and ticket cancellations
- Provide information to customers, agents, and airport stations

Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language
- PC knowledge
- A quiet place to work at home with a strong internet connection
A Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of any foreign language will be considered an advantage.
