Job Purpo
seThe Accountant and Admin Officer will be responsible for representing the company with Saudi authorities, banks, and clients while managing key financial and administrative processes. This includes bank reconciliations, invoicing, compliance with local regulations, and acting as the communication bridge between the UAE and KSA team

Summary of Responsibili
ties- Represent the company in dealings with Saudi authorities, regulatory bodies, and ba
nks.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in Saudi Arabia regarding invoices and financial matt
ers.- Manage monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepanc
ies.- Maintain company documents and records in compliance with Saudi regulati
ons.- Liaise with the UAE team to ensure alignment and efficiency across operati
ons.- Proactively identify and address administrative and operational inefficienc
ies.- Provide timely updates and reports to the UAE-based accounting t
eam.
Essential Requirements and S
kills- Fluency in Arabic and English is A MUST, with excellent verbal and written communication sk
