Funciones Básicas

• Almacenar y rotar todos los productos entrantes para el hotel y mantener un buen equilibrio entre los niveles nominales de artículos de inventario y las cantidades disponibles de acuerdo con las necesidades.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas, normas, controles y procedimientos de corporativo en relación con el Departamento de Compras
• Mantener un etiquetado adecuado de todos los artículos del almacén con niveles mínimos y máximos, para facilitar el stock, orden y la rotación de existencias.
• Realizar inventarios diarios, semanales y mensuales de alimentos y bebidas según sea requerido.
• Surtir todas las requisiciones diarias de alimentos, bebidas, amenidades.
• Completar el reporte de salidas y entradas diarias, ademas reportes mensual de vencimiento y lento movimiento
• Asegurar que las áreas del almacén sean seguras, se mantengan limpias y organizadas.
• Cumplir los estándares y/o reglas del código de conducta del corporativo de Four Seasons.
• Trabajar en armonía y con profesionalismo con los compañeros y supervisores

CONOCIMIENTO, HABILIDADES REQUISITOS

Educación: Bachiller o su equivalente.

Experiencia: De 2 a un año en puesto similar.

Manejo de paquete Office

Carnet de manipulación al día

Licencia B1 preferiblemente
