Head of Partnerships and Growth

Field based with travel to Unipart and client sites as required

About the Job

This role is designed to support the growth of our Consultancy capability, by acting as a key business partner between Unipart’s commercial partnerships, marketing and the Consultancy operating business. The role will also be responsible for identifying, developing and growing our partnership ecosystem, to ensure that we are driving value and mutual growth with partner organisations. As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

  • Take ownership for the development and advancement of commercial partnership engagement with our strategic partners
  • Drive growth via our Partner organisations through innovative solutions and customer targeting
  • Own the commercial relationship with strategic partners to ensure we are contractually compliant and incentivised to drive collaborative growth
  • Enhance our partnership and ‘ambassador’ management approach
  • Collaboratively generate leads through Unipart Consultancy’s Ambassador programme
  • Business partner the Consultancy Leadership Team, Delivery Team and wider Unipart Marketing and Commercial functions, to deeply understanding the service and market context in which we operate and work with our market experts to create growth opportunities
  • Oversee and review content and collateral developed before publishing to the market
  • Be the key point of contact for new proposition development and go to market planning, working closely with the wider Unipart Propositions team
  • Oversee and drive enhancement of the Consultancy customer funnel reporting capability, working closely with the wider Unipart marketing operations team
  • Understand wider market insights, trends and competitive positioning to drive our future strategy
