Field Service Site Lead Engineer (Saudi National)

• Perform complex and technically fast-paced tasks within your area of expertise.
• Identify and resolve technical or schedule problems, bringing up sophisticated issues when vital.
• Provide expert advice and technical assistance to support staff and subordinates.
• Conduct sophisticated maintenance on tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with site leads, supervisors, and fellow employees to meet customer needs.
• Perform day-to-day activities as part of a team or independently.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation and reports.

What You Bring

• Knowledge in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• In engineering or higher, master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of materials, especially regarding degradation.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and repair technologies.
• Experience working in different countries is a plus.
• Experience in an international working environment is essential.
• International project experience and teamwork within international teams is a plus
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a corresponding function within an international manufacturing environment.
