Job Description
We are looking for a team member to be assigned to Yang Ming Anatolia, which we have established in partnership with Arkas to operate the agency of Yang Ming, one of the world’s leading shipping companies.
General Qualifications
- Graduated from Economics and Administrative Sciences, International Logistics or related departments of universities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to think strategically and persuade others, solution-oriented and continuous improvement-oriented
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
- Perform administrative support functions
- Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
- Handle monthly and quarterly reports
- Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and others
