Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NeoLoad Jmeter and LoadRunner and a strong background in customer service within the mortgage domain. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to contribute to our projects and enhance our customer service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance testing scripts using NeoLoad Jmeter and LoadRunner to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective test plans.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on system performance identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Implement performance testing best practices and methodologies to optimize system performance.
• Monitor and maintain performance testing environments ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on performance testing tools and techniques.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve performance issues early in the development cycle.
• Ensure that all performance testing activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing and apply this knowledge to improve testing practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and performance issues.
• Document all performance testing activities and results for future reference and audit purposes.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of performance testing tools such as NeoLoad Jmeter and LoadRunner.
• Demonstrate experience in the customer service domain specifically within the mortgage industry.
