Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market shares
- Work with sales and brand marketing team to identify business opportunities and missing gaps
- Monitor and control trade marketing spending and merchandising activities
- Analyze and evaluate promotion effectiveness by sales performance and ROIs
- Liaise with vendors for POP, POSM, display fixtures or any marketing materials for BTL activities
- Supervise and manage a team of trade marketing and merchandising employees
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or any relevant disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG sector, preferably in the beverages sector but not a must
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen with strong analytical skills
