Job Summary:

BitBang, LLC. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR team in El Sheikh Zayed. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and hiring progress.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives by promoting job opportunities and company culture on social media.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices to enhance hiring strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internships are a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ATS or HR software is a plus.
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
